  • Every started hour is charged for
  • The rate for time spent waiting is reduced by half

Please note: the rate is only recommended, so always check in advance with your intercultural worker for the rate and way of payment. This way unpleasant misunderstandings can be avoided.

The guarantee of the quality of intercultural work

The Association for intercultural work maintains the database of intercultural workers and acts as an intermediary between an intercultural worker and a client.

In order to ensure a professional level of performance of intercultural work, the Association for intercultural work sets entry requirements (education, qualification, professional experience) for the inclusion of intercultural workers into the database.

In case the client is not satisfied with the service of an intercultural worker, he/she can address the Council members of the Association for intercultural work (info@asociaceip.cz) with a detailed description of his/her complaint. Serious violations towards the client (failure to comply with ethical principles, misinformation of the client, inappropriate behavior) or repeated complaints may cause the expulsion of an intercultural worker from the database.
